Our cylinder production is located in Lahti.
We produce mainly
– ISO15552 and VDMA 24562 cylinders in diameters 32-320 mm
– tailored cylinders in sizes 400-500 mm
– lots of customized cylinders with specialfeatures, dimensions and materials.
Our cylinder production is well-known because of high-quality cylinders designed for Finnish market and because of very fast deliveries.
Valve production
Our valve production is in Mikkeli where we manufacture:
– soft-seated SL-butterfly valves in sizes DN 50-1200 according to standard EN593
– customized special valves
– machining and castings in brass and aluminium as subcontracting
Quality system of valve production is certified. Quality control is following certified ISO 9001:2015 system. Design and manufacturing of valves is done according to 2014/68/EU module H.
Assembling
Assembling unit in Espoo takes care of
– different assemblies for pneumatics
– solenoid valve cabinets
– valve+actuator -combinations with accessories
All assemblies are of course tested but also marked, packed and shipped according to customers demand.
Our central stock in Espoo in mainly taking care of deliveries to customers. Cylinder and valve productions together with our assembling unit and remarkably large component stock enable quick deliveries also for bigger projects.
